Hi Bill: Can you explain to me what the Pedestrian and Auto protocol at King Intermediate Traffic Signal was about in the January 2008 minutes. Are people thinking of removing that traffic signal? I visited both websites and couldn't find any written topic about it. And I don't have a copy of the State DOT's handout. If you can help me, I'll appreciate it.
