PURPOSE OF WINDWARD OAHU NEIGHBORHOOD SECURITY WATCH
Develop a partnership with District IV police by opening lines of communication, sharing of information, identifying problem areas, developing trust and an environment of cooperation with each other.

Help you set up a Neighborhood Security Watch and Community policing programing

Provide support and coordination to Neighborhood Security Watchs from Waimanalo to Kahuku.

Help you prevent and reduce crime by bringing the community together to work with the Hawaii State Legislature, Honolulu City Council and other federal, state and local government agencies, business and community groups.

Provide seminars and training for Neighborhood Security Watches and for the public.

Conduct informational meetings to network and share information with Neighborhood Security Watch coordinators and community policing groups.

Educate the public about the Neighborhood Security Watch program and how an organized NSW can help make your neighborhood crime free and ready for any emergency.

ALL WINDWARD RESIDENTS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND!
Organize your community to fight crime and prepare for emergencies.
