Kaneohe is blessed by many organizations working to make Kaneohe an even more livable community.The Blue Zone Project is working in Windward Oahu to help us live a long, healthy and active life.
Many of us are working to make Kaneohe a more resilient community. We have active Citizen Emergency Response Teams(CERT) and on going training in our Hazard Awareness and Response Program(HARP) and CERT programs. Hawaii HAM Radio operators will play a key communications roll in any emergency. Many of us are getting our HAM license so we will be better able to ask for help.
We are reviewing the Hawaii State Hospital Master Plan and its impact on Windward Community College.
