The Kaneohe Neighborhood Board No. 30 Recognizes Kaneohe Person Of The Year

Kathleen (K.C.) Connors

The entire board and greater Kāne’ohe Ahupua’a recognize and thank you for your dedication to improving the lives of the people of Windward O’ahu. You ceaselessly shine a light of logic on important core issues that affect many.
You promote possible solutions to these issues through various news media and by meeting with our legislative and community leaders at the Kaneohe Neighborhood Board meetings and elsewhere.
Many people endure hardships to help others and as a collective board and community, it is not lost on us that your efforts go above and beyond.
From welcoming into your home a struggling working homeless family, serving as the sole Windward participant in the 2016 Unsheltered Point In Time count training and your key efforts in organizing the Windward Homeless Alliance, a grassroots effort to help the homeless and those struggling for the basics in life.
We want you to know that we hear you, we are with you, and as you say to everyone you meet, every time you greet them, we offer that same expression right back at you: “Thank you and God Bless you.”

2016 Kaneohe Person of the Year Kathleen (K.C.)
Connors, with Kaneohe Neighborhood Board
Chairman Mo Radke.
