Would like to voice my concern about the recent Keapuka canal cleaning above Apapane Street behind our cul-de-sac that ended up having mice & rats come to our back yard. I. Phoned the State Vector Control that said they have not worked with the C&C to prevent this from happening before the cleaning began.
