A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990, AS AMENDED (THE LAND USE ORDINANCE) RELATING TO REGULATION OF CERTAIN VISITOR ACCOMMODATIONS
The purpose of this bill is to improve administration and enforcement of Chapter 21, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, relating to Transient Vacation Units (TVUs) and Bed and Breakfast (B&B) homes.
