Bay View Golf Course is planning to build a Wedding Pavilion off Kaneohe Bay Drive between the new luxury home subdivision and the homes adjacent to Camp Kokokahi. The pavilion is to be over 3000 square feet. That is over twice the size of my 3 bedroom home.
I see this being a problem from the standpoint of noise, traffic and visually. I believe it is inappropriate between two residential subdivisions. What do you think.
