Potential impacts on Windward Oahu are severe. How bad will it be. No one will know until they actually experience it. Computer noise models serious flawed and impact of 3000 people searching for rentals in Windward Oahu was not addressed. Final EIS should not be approved till the community has had a chance to actually hear the planes.

One of the issues I have never heard discussed in a meeting is the vastly expanded training mission which includes 24 hr a day missions with Osprey night landings at Bellows and at military training areas in the valley, at KPT and PTA on the big island at at Kalapapa.
The training mission will have a much more significant impact on all of the people of Hawaii than will landing and takeoff activity at the Marine Base.
