The way I interpret this the storm will start impacting Oahu early Friday morning. Again, we appear to be dodging the bullet. Forcast is for Tropical Storm force winds (60mph with stronger gusts) and very heavy rainfall. Expect flash flooding.
If you live in flood zone, be prepared to evacuate.
Take 3 days supply of food, water, etc. and the camping equipment you will need to be comfortable. Depending on demand you may have only 10 square feet per person. That is the size of a folding cot.
A tiny shift to the north will greatly intensify the impact so watch Lame closely. Be prepared and good luck.
